RALLY
Objective

Women's sports are booming, but the fandom is scattered — split across leagues and apps, with no shared home. RALLY builds that home: one place to follow every league, connect with other fans, and turn watching the game into being part of a crowd.

Approach

I designed and built RALLY end to end — brand, interface, and a live full-stack app. On design: a dark, type-forward identity and editorial voice built to feel like a real sports brand, not a generic app. On engineering: a React front end, a Node/Express server, a Postgres database, real-time game-day chat, social predictions, and an aggregated news layer — deployed live. I iterated throughout on critique from users, advisors, and a branding mentor, sharpening the positioning, tightening the visual system, and reworking the copy so the purpose reads on first visit.

Outcome

A live, functioning product at withrally.co — a distinct brand and a working full-stack build, taken solo from first concept through deployment.
